Fashionably Haute does not retain any of your credit card information.  Your phone number will only be used in the event of a shipping/delivery question/confirmation.  If you need to change your email address or wish to opt out of email updates from Fashionably Haute, please send an email to contactus@fashionablyhaute.com with your request. 

Any fraudulent use will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
