How long will it take for me to receive my order? With standard shipping, allow 7-10 business days, however, depending on your location, you may receive your order in as little as 2 days. Please note that multiple items in the same order may be shipped separately.
Why isn't my credit card information retained for future purchases? For your protection, we do not keep any customers' credit card information on file. This helps to reduce any chances of fraud use, even though your information is encrypted securely when you place your order. Remember, PayPal is another payment option you have, which does allow you to have your credit card information on file.
What if I need to change my email address, or no longer wish to receive emails? Just email contactus@fashionablyhaute.com indicating any change you would like us to make.
How do I place an order from outside the US? Our merchant processor currently only accepts US orders, however if you email customerservice@fashionablyhaute.com with your contact information and the item(s) you would like to order, we will hold those items for 24 hours, and contact you to set up an alternative payment method. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, your item(s) will be returned to stock.
How long will it take to get a refund if I return something? Once we receive your return, processing your refund begins. Please note that most credit card companies can take 7 business days to process a credit on your account before you see it.
